Full payment is due 4 weeks before the
scheduled course. If for any reason a
class has to be cancelled you will be given a
full refund. In the event that you do
not attend a scheduled class and do not notify
us 48 hours in advance you will forfeit your
fee for that class.
Fee includes: all equipment, apron,
tuition notes and tastings.
