Comfortable non - slip shoes should be worn during the work in the kitchen and general hygiene rules should be observed at all times. Special cookery days can be arranged by prior arrangement for guests who are visiting at times other than those listed. Themes can also be requested and Rita will as far as possible include your requests during your cookery days here.
