Special Offer Terms and Conditions
A 20% deposit has to be paid upon booking, the full balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival date. This offer is not applicable in conjunction with our other special offers and promotions.
Cancellation Policy for regular accommodation rates and cookery courses
Cancellation is accepted up to 2 weeks prior to arrival date and 48 hours cancellation in emergencies. No money will be taken from the account when these conditions are fulfilled otherwise full cost of the booking applies

Fresh fruit Juice
Fresh fruit salad or fruit compote
Cereal of choice: Cornflakes, Weetabix, Muesli, Special K with berries, Cocoa pops
Oatmeal porridge with organic honey and cream
Traditional Irish Breakfast: bacon, sausage, black and white pudding, fried egg, tomato and mushrooms or any combination of above
Scrambled egg with smoked salmon served with a buttery croissant
Sweet pepper, soft cheese and wild mushroom waffle with mint yoghurt and crispy pancetta
Chive potato cake, poached egg, mushroom and tomato seasoned with rosemary
French toast with crispy bacon and maple syrup
Traditional breads: wholemeal, griddle, spotted dog, breakfast scones
Tea, coffee, herbal tea, milk, cream, preserves
